Griezmann was a horrible purchase and they got fleeced for Dembele and Coutinho who are both good players.

They're skint I believe and now need to find replacements for Pique, Messi and Suarez and most of their midfield in the next 1-2 years in addition to sorting out the dross they have. Still

You get the sense that they want Neymar back to step into Messi's shoes. Hard to see how they'll be able to afford him, maybe Utd waving £80m at them for De Jong would help.

What a fucking glorious night of sport! Shannon Courtenay loses, Ronnie comes from 16-14 down to win 17-16 and Barcelona get fucking absolutely humiliated 8-2 with their own player contributing to 3 of them. Vile club.
So much hate. Ronnie is a legend though and the 8-2 spanking is delightful.

Yeah, can’t stand that chav Courtenay and Barca are a grim club with all that mes que un club shite they spout while waving imaginary cards at referees, tapping up players and stealing players from relegation-threatened sides knowing they can’t replace them.

Pure love for Ronnie though, guys a G.

I saw an article calling Ronnie the Roy Keane of snooker earlier. He's a legend, just says it how he sees it at the time with no fucks given.

Smashing the cue ball when he was snookered for that pink is pure Ronnie. Got Selby crying that he was playing disrespectfully

Barca have become a joke club, pissed loads of money up the wall in the last few years.

Think the next coach will be a very short term one.

Presidential elections are next year.

Barcelona and rebuilding off the back of a really ageing team with ATG's like Messi pretty much in the dying embers of his career, the club has wasted massive money and inbalanced the squad.

It will be more about rational long term planning and trusting a coach to turn them around, two things like their deadly rivals Real Madrid they have always been in short supply of,fans like Madrid entitled and spoilt they may need to learn patience but that I doubt.

Barca are a farce and basically just rely on Messi to win them games and hope that Suarez and Stegen will show up to win points too.

If Bayern win the CL, Barca have to pay Liverpool €5 million.

See Arsenal hired a new lawyer and the first job was to launch an investigation into the Pepe deal. Within 24 hours Raul Sanllehi has been sacked.

No confirmed link but seems pretty fuckin obvious.

Apparently there were other clubs in for Pepe and arsenal came in literally 10s of millions above what others were offering. Agents got involved to 'help the deal' from the Arsenal side despite having to connection to Pepe himself.

Dodgy as fuck all around. A bit reassured by this as I've had serious fuckin doubts over the Execs at Arsenal since just before Wenger left.

Must be demoralising as a footballer to be so shit that an investigation is launched to find out why you were signed

I do agree that they've become so over reliant on Messi. I guess it's easily done when a player is so brilliant but the way they've let such a talented squad just age and become stale is embarrassing. The amount of cash they've thrown around too makes it even worse.

No smoke without fire in this one and throw in being happy to sign off the likes of Ozil on 350k a week are the standout ones.

The biggest problem at the club is SKE,do we trust them to make decent appointments because they really don't have any clue about how European sports work and it shows with constant behind the scenes changes.

Part of our deal when selling him was a €5 million bonus if he won the CL. It was tied to him as a player not Barca as a club.
Just a brilliant deal for Liverpool as of course financed the Alisson and VVD deals,Barcelona no sympathy for them as a club, their arrogance which they always mocked Real for as well has been their downfall, arrogant transfer moves to buy the flavour of the month rather than what the team needs.

Madrid although in a slight dip will come good again as they have consistently tried to invest in youth. Its not quite worked out every time but there squad looks much easier to refresh than there rivals.

Barca had hundreds of millions of players on there bench against bayern, essentially a state United were in and still are to some extent.

Replacing Messi is impossible, but building for the future and restructuring around that wouldn't be.
